Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Designoo Media, operated by Designoo Media Private Limited, Haryana, India (“Designoo”), at https://www.dskkr.com, either as a photographer (or studio) or as a client invited to review an album. By signing in or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Designoo Media lets photographers share albums and designs with their clients, collect comments, corrections and approvals, and coordinate album orders with Designoo’s design team. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts and access

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone, or with Google. Keep your phone and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your access.
• Invite links are personal to the people the photographer shares them with. A couple’s invite link works for up to two people; ask your photographer for another link if more people need access.
• Give us accurate information, and do not use someone else’s identity or phone number.

4. Content

Photographers and clients keep ownership of the photographs, designs and other content they upload or that is created for them. You give Designoo and the album’s photographer permission to store, display, process and deliver that content as needed to run the service and fulfil your order. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful or infringing content, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, no automated scraping or overloading, and no sharing of access in a way that bypasses the limits set on an invite link.

6. Orders and payments

Prices, deliverables and payment terms for albums are agreed between the client and the photographer (and, for production, between the photographer and Designoo). Nothing on this service creates a guarantee of a particular delivery date unless it is confirmed in writing.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend access that breaks these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and Designoo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or restrict access if these terms are broken.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
