Privacy Policy

Who we are

Designoo Media is operated by Designoo Media Private Limited, Haryana, India (“Designoo”, “we”). It is the service at https://www.dskkr.com that photographers and their clients use to review wedding and event albums, approve designs and coordinate orders. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile phone number and email address.
• Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account email address and name from Google. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Album and deal data: the albums, photos, page designs, comments and corrections, and the order or deal details that belong to the album you are invited to.
• Sign-in and security records: one-time codes we send you, when they were sent and used, your IP address and device type, so we can keep accounts safe and prevent misuse.

How we use it

• To let you sign in (by one-time code on your phone or by Google) and to keep your session secure.
• To show you the album you were invited to and let you review, comment and approve it.
• To coordinate your order between you, your photographer and our design team, including sending you updates about your album by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To protect the service against fraud, abuse and errors, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The album’s photographer: the studio that invited you sees your name, contact details and your activity on that album.
• Designoo staff: our team members who design, review and deliver albums.
• Service providers that run the service for us, only to the extent needed: hosting and storage, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, email delivery, and Google for sign-in. They may process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and album data for as long as the album or order is active and for as long afterwards as is reasonably needed for support, accounting and legal reasons. Sign-in and security records are kept for a limited period and then deleted. When data is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@designoo.in from the email address or with the phone number you use on Designoo Media. We will confirm who you are and act on the request within a reasonable time. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires it, or because the photographer still needs the album for an active order. You can also revoke Designoo Media’s access to your Google account in your Google Account settings.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and one-time codes to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and Google account safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Children

The service is for photographers and their adult clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by message.
